Caprese salad with figs

Serves 4


  • 250 gr of fresh mozzarella
  • 8 figs
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Rucola leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & ground pepper


Slice up your mozzarella and your figs.

Alternate them on a plate and place some basil leaves and rucola leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

If desired, you can spread pesto on your plate before placing the mozzarella and figs.

Serve with fresh bread.
