Fig, yoghurt and chia seeds

Serves 1


  • 2-4 figs
  • 125 gr of Greek yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds


Put your chia seeds in a bowl and add the yogurt, stir well with your spoon. Cut the figs into quarters and add to your bowl. Drizzle with honey.

This can be the base to your breakfast, get as creative as you want by adding your favourite nuts and seeds, puffed rice, oats, berries…
