Roasted figs with goat cheese

For 8 pieces


  • 8 figs
  • 100 gr of fresh goat cheese
  • 8 walnuts
  • Honey
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil


Pre-heat your oven at 180 °C, fan setting.

Make crossed incisions in the top of your figs, halfway through, and place them onto a baking tray.

Stuff the figs with the goat cheese and top with one walnut each. Poor one teaspoon of honey and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven until the figs get soft and start releasing a little juice.

Your healthy, delicious hors d’oeuvre is ready to serve.
