Fig pizza with blue cheese and rucola

Serves 4


  • 1 pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons of crème fraiche
  • 125gr of Roquefort cheese
  • 4-8 figs
  • A handful of walnuts
  • A handful of rucola
  • Salt & pepper


Pre-heat your oven at 240 °C, fan setting.

Spread the pizza dough out on a baking tray covered with oven paper. Cut the figs into quarters and chop the nuts.

Spread the crème fraiche over the crust. Lay the figs, and crumbled Roquefort on your pizza.

Place the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes. Check if the crust is done and take the pizza out.

Sprinkle the rucola and nuts over the pizza and season with salt and pepper.

Your pizza is ready for sharing.
